About the Author


Forrest "Woody" Mosten is a Collaborative Attorney (Certified Family Law Specialist) and mediator in Los Angeles who handles matters involving substantial assets and high conflict, generally in an interdisciplinary team. He is a full-time peacemaker and never goes to court on any case. Adam B. Cordover is a collaborative attorney and Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator in Tampa, Florida. He practices exclusively in private dispute resolution and is managing attorney of Family Diplomacy: A Collaborative Law Firm.
