About the Author
Brett Wilcox grew up in suburban USA on three quarters of an acre where he enjoyed eating fresh fruits and vegetables from the family garden. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor, an award-winning author, and has a keen interest in health and well-being. He and his teen-aged son, David, are preparing to run across the U.S.A. in 2014. If successful, David will be the youngest runner and the running duo will be the first father/son team to complete this run. Brett's wife, Kris, and daughter, Olivia, will crew for the runners.
