Fiction, nonfiction, and experimental prose writer Jana Martin is the author of Russign Lover and Other Stories (Verse Chorus Press) and is a contributing editor to TheWeeklings.com. She has appeared in Glimmer Train, the Mississippi Review, Five Points, The Village Voice, The New York Times, Tinker Street, Post Road and in the forthcoming anthology Women Who Rock (Black Dog & Leventhal). She was recently the writer in residence at SUNY New Paltz. She lives, writes and edits in the Hudson Valley.

Nina Shengold wrote the novel Clearcut (Random House) and River of Words: Portraits of Hudson Valley Writers, with photographer Jennifer May (SUNY Press). She won a Writers Guild Award for her teleplay Labor of Love and an ABC Playwright Award for Homesteaders. She lives in the feckless Catskills.

Susan Rukeyser (Editor) wrote the novel, Not On Fire, Only Dying (Twisted Road Publications, 2015), an SPD Fiction Bestseller and a finalist for the 2016 Lascaux Prize for published books. Her flash fiction chapbook, Swap / Meet (Space Cowboy Books, 2018), is a loosely-linked collection inspired by classified ads. Susan’s work appears in a number of journals including Hippocampus MagazineAtticus ReviewWhiskeyPaperMonkeybicycle, and Women Writers, Women’s Books.
