CLARE & THE REASONS:
Headed by Kingston-based husband-and-wife duo, Olivier and Clare Manchon, The Reasons are an enduring live outfit who pivoted to film scoring a decade ago. Most recently they scored the just premiered doc “Turn Every Page” about Robert Caro and Robert Gottlieb, and contributed several pieces to Nick Cage’s “The Unbearable Weight of a Massive Talent”.  Fixated on sound quality, color and orchestrations, Olivier and Clare never cut corners and will bring the live strings to Old Dutch Church. “Feather-light vocals, expertly arranged instrumentation and witty, smart lyrics.” – Paste magazine
