About the Author
Jacek Zaleśny is Doctor of Law and Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies, University of Warsaw (Poland). He is the author of over 190 scientific texts on constitutional law of the post-Soviet states, institutions of legal protection and making of law, published in Poland, Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Lithuania, Slovakia, South Korea.
